All handmade, breathable presentation boxes all include acid-free tissue paper & ribbon. Please let us know in the notes section of the checkout which style you'd like:

What happens next?
We will send you a delivery pack that you should receive a few days after you have placed your order. You don't need to stay at home for this as it's a flat package that will fit through your letterbox.
Inside you'll find a poly dress bag, one mailing sack, a guide to sending us your wedding dress, a customer form and a pre-printed return label to attach to your parcel.
Once your dress is packed up and ready to go, email us at sales@crystalcleanbridal.co.uk and we will arrange for your dress to be collected by our courier.
